How do i get a quotation?

Please either call us to arrange for an assessor to visit at a convenient time, or simply use our online quote request to get a call back.

Do you have insurance?

We are fully insured and provide these documents when quoting each service.

How much will my removal cost?

Our removal prices are tailored to your needs and requests. There are many factors that are taken into consideration when calculating the price: distance, size of vehicle, size of team, access and packing are just some of the obvious ones. We always encourage doing a home survey so we can provide an accurate quotation.

Do you provide a packing service?

Yes, we provide an affordable and extensive packing service to ensure your items arrive at your new home safely. It is essential that your belongings are packed correctly, especially if they are to be held in storage for a prolonged period of time.

Can I do my own packing?

Yes, but you must always find out how packing your own boxes affects your insurance. If you do your own packing, you must use boxes that are a suitable size and strength, and are sealed correctly to ensure we can safely stack your goods in our vehicles. If you are unsure or struggling to get suitable boxes, we can also supply you with the packing materials you need.

Can you offer storage services?

We provide affordable, safe and secure storage. This will be quoted to you at a weekly rate per container.

Can you provide boxes and crates for our move?

Yes of course, if you decide not to use our packing service we can estimate how many boxes are needed after the home survey is complete and the quotation has been accepted.

DO YOU DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE MY FURNITURE?

As part of our service we dismantle furniture and reassemble for you at the new property. This is will highlighted to you at your home survey.

 
 

COMPLAINTS POLICY

The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below.  The business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business as soon so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.

Our Procedure

Either call, email or write* to us. The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader the business uses Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that the business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
